Yeah, I felt similarly about Yoaz Litvin’s piece that preceded Frank’s on Counterpunch (a publication I read regularly and learn a lot from). Questioning a writer’s credentials seems a bit odd, especially given the utter failure of most journalists with all the “right” degrees to practice anything resembling the true ethos of the profession. Shouldn’t a thoughtful perspective, strong writing, and good research be enough?
